M Abbas Chowdhury​

Principal Solicitor & Director ​

Mr Chowdhury is a highly qualified legal professional with a strong academic background. He holds an LLB degree from University of London, where he gained comprehensive knowledge in various areas of law. Following his LLB, he pursued the Bar Vocational Course (BVC) at the University of Law, further enhancing his advocacy and drafting skills. He was then called to the Bar in 2009 by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn. Prior to becoming solicitor, he was also qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Legal Executive(FCILEx). He started his career in law in 2010 and worked with various law firms and gained valuable experience before setting up his own firm.

In addition to BVC, he completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law. This program equipped him with practical legal skills, allowing him to effectively handle a wide range of legal matters.

Furthermore, Mr Chowdhury obtained  Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Commercial Law from University of Hertfordshire. This specialized degree has deepened him understanding of commercial legal principles and their application in complex business transactions.

With his educational background and expertise, he is well-prepared to provide exceptional legal services in the field of Immigration Law, Family Law, Housing Law and commercial law. He is committed to delivering high-quality advice and representation to clients, ensuring their best interests are protected.

Nasif Mustahid

Mr Nasif Mustahid is a focused and driven Paralegal at Emergent Law Solicitors, where he brings strong academic training and sharp analytical skills to support the firm’s work in Immigration Law. With a BA.LLB (Hons) from Amity University and a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Law, Manchester, Mr Mustahid has developed a robust understanding of legal principles and procedures. He is currently furthering his legal qualifications through the Barrister Training Course at BPP University, London.

In his role at Emergent Law Solicitors, Mr Mustahid’s exceptional legal research abilities and critical analysis are central to his contributions. He approaches each matter with precision and diligence, ensuring that every case is supported by thorough legal groundwork and up-to-date statutory interpretation. His methodical and detail-oriented approach allows him to identify nuanced legal arguments and provide valuable support in the preparation of immigration applications, appeals, and client consultations.
